This is an Heirloom quality, hand carved wood, Carousel Rocking Rabbit. Copy of a Dentzel Rabbit, early 1900's. He is made in the USA, all wood, with glass eyes, brass poles, wood rockers. This Rabbit measures 52 inches tall (top of the pole), 48 inches long (rocker panels) , 14 inches wide. Weight about 70 pounds. The details on the rabbit are incredible. He has a beautifully carved red bow gracing the saddle in high relief, for a deep dimentional feeling. Its whiskers, tail and fluffy tail are intricately done. The Cresent moon with a smiling face adds a whimisical touch. The colors are carousel magic, vivid Red, and the ice cream colors of Pink, Mauve, Aqua, Light Yellow. The saddle is Gold. The finish is a rich glossy clear for easy wipe off. This Bunny is is great condition. It is meant to ride on, would be good for children 3-7 years old....buy it for your baby...they grow so fast!
