Late 1800's Antique Carousel Prancer. Made of hand carved wood. European in design, eitherr German.< Made by the copany of A. Schultz and A. Hitzig, circa 1901-1909 in Neustadt an der Orla, in Germany. (Carl Alexander Schultz and Albin Hitzig) p>In restoration. . We have removed Layers of old paint and jesso and fully restored him.<p>Horse are complete. and will have a horsehair tail. YOUR choice of colors......<p> Original glass eyes. Original stirrup holders. Original metal support plate under front legs.<p>This horse has good all-over conformation. Sweet face, pointed ears, pronounced cheeks, mane and forelock carved to one side. Under the layers of paint and jesso is a hand carved double flap saddle ,we can now tell how decorated it is. It has a breast collar and flank strap. Originally had a horsehair tail. We removed lots of Metal banding from previous repairs. <p>Measurements for horse 49" total length, 52" tall, 11" wide.
