This is a new wood carving, only 41 inches long and 33 inches tall, the pole can be whatever you would like, from 36 inches,(with back feet on the ground ) to up to 5 feet finished height.The carving was done by a master carver in Yellow Pine, and finished with many clearcoat layers for a wonderful rich, warm finish. Brass base is included.This carving would be perfect for a plant shelf, above a wall unit, or in a small alcove ! This is a beautiful copy of a much larger Illions carving seen in many of the books. The details and delicate proportions are perfect! Our latest horse has beautiful glass eyes, many multicolored glass jewels on the Breast collar and on the Back carvings. She has several fruits, a pomegranate, grapes, and another fruit carved at the back of the saddle. We only have One of this Piece........We can hold it for Christmas delivery.
