Newton,NC Carousel Grand Opening The antique 36 Horse Allen Herschell Carousel (we restored all the horses) for is close to its grand opening to the public. The building is completed, and the Carousel is NOW OPEN.This carousel was in storage for over 50 years....it was a Christmas gift back then....and maybe now it will be a gift again for the children and adults alike in North Carolina. I, and hopefully all my assistants who worked on this will be there for the grand Opening.(not scheluled yet)...and my Grandchildren too !
