Return Policy All special order, close out. consignment. and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.<p><p>Prior to returning any item, Please contact us in order to recieve a return authorization. We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee for items without authorizatin. To Obtain authorization please telephone 352-669-6449 or email.<p>All returns after 15 days will be for store credit only.<p>Shipping Charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.<p>All items must be returned in Perfect condition. All packing, boxes . labels. tags. must be attached to or returned with item. Damaged goods will not be accepted and will be returned to customer.<p>Credit Card Refunds may only be made to the same card used for the original purchase. To expedite your refund please include the copy of your origial reciept. NOTE: refund processing may take 3-4 weeks. |
