Shipping SHIPPING CHARGES will be emailed back to you. our shipping calculator is not working correctly.Where possible we will ship supply orders, and finished Carousel Horses in stock within 72 hours of reciept of orders. Custom Painted Horses delivery is 8-10 weeks, all orders will be delivered for Christmas by special arrangement (we elves work overtime till then). We can hold orders for special delivery dates. We ship World wide, South America and Europe. All small orders go USMAIL, or Priorty Larger items go UPS,or Federal Express ground service .(base sets and small Carousel Horses). Books go Media mail. All large Carousel Horses must be Crated or Boxed, and go by commercial truck lines (we use www.plycom.com or Menlo Air Freight, and These deliveries are Prepaid to us to get you the best possible shipping prices. We will notify you and send you the Pro bill number for tracking. In so much as we offer such a variety of items we cannot calculate the shipping until we recieve and pack your order. If you are placing an order and paying by PayPal we will email you the shipping costs on a PayPal invoice. We are aware that our shipping calculator was not adjusting on some of the smaller orders, so we are going to this new format. |
